Topic #81:
Go to your drafts folder and finish an old post
We’re almost done with month 3 here at daily post. I’m sure you have a post, or six, that you started but never quite finished. Today, go back and grab a half-written post and just get it done.
If you can’t finish it, write a post about why you can’t finish any of your old posts today.

Wait, what if you don’t have anything in your drafts?

It’s funny you should suggest this today… I’m just putting the finishing touches on a post I’ve had sitting in my drafts folder since September!

well, that was fun…thanks for the motivation! my post turned out to be pretty random, but fun to write, nonetheless 🙂

Nothing in my draft so far but there is 1 category in my blog that I have not made a single piece under it. Still working on it…

I just finished a post which was the last of a series from a walk I did a few weekends ago along Tasmania’s Cataract Gorge. The river was in flood yesterday & today so I got some more photos today to add to it.

My Drafts folder is empty, but my Ideas folder is growing for my other blogs, which I have neglected because of these daily posts. What I wanted from this experiment was to challenge myself to write every day whether I wanted to or not. And I have. Missions accomplished in that regard.
Going forward, I’m not sure how long I can continue with these daily posts. As of now, I will give myself a new challenge within the writing challenge and limit the number of words per post to 150 in the body text.

Olá a todos, eu não tenho nada na pasta de rascunhos guardada.
Costumo escrever direto aqui.
Abraços a todos!

Only had one draft. Here’s why I didn’t post it: http://aheapofbrokenimages.com/2011/03/26/a-probably-over-wrought-andor-involved-answer-to-the-question-of-why-i-blog-with-hints-of-lacan-and-wittgenstein-thrown-in-because-blogging-is-after-all-all-about-words/

I actually did finished a 5 month old post the day before you posted this! I use MarsEdit to save my drafts locally and I’d been meaning to post it for a while. Great timing I guess.
