My iphone – how did I survive BIP (Before Iphone)
A healthy, amazing daughter.
My samsung galaxy s2 lol just got it this weekend… Alright the true is that the best gift I got was “the lost symbol” by dan brown as it was so unexpected that I still haven’t overcome the joy of receiving this book for christmas in 2009 when I hadn’t asked for it even though I really wished to have it… usually I know which gifts I’m going to have you see? but that one caught me off guard
About 8 years ago, I had a wolf adopted for me (no it doesn’t live with me, it lives on a sanctuary in Wales). I have renewed the adoption every year since.
The best gift ever!

Does a gift you gave yourself count? If so, I’d have to say my iPhone and iPad 2

My Chamsie and IPAD 2!
Without sounding like a total cheese ball, the best gift I ever received (on Xmas) was my Mum, who is probably an alcoholic, keeping to her promise not to get totally wasted before lunch time and spoiling the day.
I also made a blog about my top 5 things about XMAS, would be interested in hearing about other peoples too!

My husband surprised me with a trip to Disney World for our 10 year anniversary — I grew up in Orlando and hadn’t been in years. It was a blast knowing that Disney’s not just for kids anymore.
the right book !
A very dear friend posted a nasty remark about me on facebook. I fired off a furious response by email, and then got away from the computer. Now, I’ve been depressed all my life — diabetes, lots of complications — you can read my story at http://www.diabeticredemption.com. Anyway, I noticed a card from my 4 agreements card, the one I drew that morning. I read it again: No one can hurt you unless you let them. (I wish I could add my family to this post, as witnesses.) My life changed that day — literally. I have felt like a different woman since. My blog is one result. Anyway, that angry email was the very best gift I’ve ever received, bar none.
When I was a child my father would always give my sister and I money so we could “adopt” an animal at the zoo (i.e. pay for food and medical bills). One Christmas a few years ago my boyfriend remembered this story and “adopted” an owl at the Lincoln Park zoo for me, complete with a certificate and thank you card from the zoo. I was so touched that he remembered an old family tradition and helped me re-live it.
About three years ago I got all my jewelry stolen in college. One of the things being a diamond ring my boyfriend of 4 years got me for our anniversary. I was devastated and had a lot of trust issues with the people I lived with for a long time and still do. About two years ago, I took a trip to Minneapolis with my boyfriend and we were just getting settled in our room. I was checking out local magazines to see what we could do around the city for fun, I turned around and he said, “Look, the hotel gave us a gift.” Completely got off guard, I opened the box and there was the exact same ring I got stolen from me. He bought me the same ring and said, “I know how much it meant to you and how hurt you were, I wanted you to know how much you mean to me.” BEST GIFT EVER to me
The best gift I have ever received are tears, cries and weeps. They have been the best first life have ever given me, they arise new aspirations and inspirations. They take away the cyclone and replace the equilibrium. That is the stage, I am going through.
Peace.
My best gift was my friends who stuck by me even though I made a mess of a lot of things.
When I first got married and we still had money my husband bought me a piano. Of course when the kids came and we were in dire need I had to sell it but the thought never left my mind. It was a wonderful gift.Susan Oliver owner of A Fun Gift Shop

When we were first married 32 years ago my husband bought me a piano because I love to play even though I do not read music.
My boyfriend and i had been best friends, and we started dating. When our one year anniversary rolled around, I had just been diagnosed with depression. At that point, many men would have felt that an emotional wreck like that would have been too much to handle. He could easily have just left… I had awful crying spells all the time- whenever I cried, I couldn’t stop. I was often sad, and worried. We don’t get to see each other very often. So, as part of an anniversary present, he gave me a Jar, labeled “The Sad Jar.” It was filled with folded pieces of paper. On the label it said, “This, my dear, is your sad jar. Whenever you are feeling down and I am not around, just take a note out of the jar, and hopefully, it will make you smile. Just remember, I love you very much.” It was the most thoughtful, wonderful, sweetest gift I had ever received.
my nintendo 3ds, way better than ds or dsi
