Weekly Photo Challenge: Breakfast

This week’s photo challenge is guest hosted by Kath of Kath Eats Real Food. As the blogger behind a popular healthy living site, Kath believes in the power of a good breakfast to start your day off right. Read on for more about this week’s theme!

“Take a photo of your breakfast and tell us what you ate! Are you a cereal eater? Egg lover? Granola bar on-the-go?

This bowl of oatmeal was warm, filling and full of pumpkin! I whipped a banana and 1/3 cup pumpkin puree into my oats at the end of cooking, along with cinnamon and chia seeds. I top all of my bowls of oatmeal with something crunchy and a spoonful of nut butter for maximum texture diversity.”

Kath has blogged every meal she has consumed since 2007 – over four years of breakfast, lunch and dinner at Katheats.com. Her specialty is oatmeal, which she highlights in her Tribute To Oatmeal.
