  3. Not really . I watched the apprentice on sunday and some of the celebrities said he would make a good president . Meatloaf said he would even campaign for him . They would kiss his &*# just to win.

  4. So he can go around and say “You’re fired!” It is preposterous that he is even a possible candidate. I am not sure who is up to the task but certainly not Donald Trump!

  5. Who is he??

  6. No idea. He’s bought a bit of Scotland right enough, but this post is a bit biased to the other side of the atlantic. All I think I know about him is that he has annoyed some Aberdonians and he has odd hair. Is that about it?

  7. I cannot offer a valid opinion on this matter because I do not know him too well. However what I find puzzling is that with all his billions, he would not spend on getting a proper hair transplant and would prefer to comb his hair from the back to cover his crown. If he has his priorities right, he would take care of this first instead of that Birther issue! Goes to show that it is easier to see things far away from you versus the top of your head.

  8. Let just say it would be much better then the Radical Muslim we have in there now. The man that is in there now is an evil, deceiving person. At least Trump will know how to manage things!!

  9. I hate talking about politics more than anything. I keep it off my blog at all costs.

Alexy: using the ask a question to get a topic trick, you could write about why you keep politics off your blog.

  10. He knows how business works very well. Most of the folks in our federal government doesn’t. It’s all the foreign policy that gets so complicated. I know, I’m not answering the question. Business wise yes, foreign policy no.

    Have a terrific day. :)

    • “He knows how business works very well.”

      Um, bankrupcy? Hel-oooooooo?

  13. As a business leader, yes, he is very competent and would probably be very good at establishing fiscal responsibility. However, his moral stance is lacking, and for this reason alone he would not receive my vote.

    April 26, 2011
  14. Don’t even suggest the possibility!

  15. “As a business leader, yes, he is very competent… ”

    Again I say…

    Um, bankrupcy? Hel-oooooooo?

Was everybody doing so much drugs in the ’80s that they don’t remember the bankrupt Donald?

    April 26, 2011
  16. Related: Here’s Steve Martin’s tweet from today . . . “Have found Donald Trump’s birth certificate. He was born in Hawaii, but before it was a state. This is getting complicated.” : )

  17. Should I be surprised that I’m the only brave soul who liked the topic? No. I think in any democratic society, all who wish to run for office should have the opportunity to do so and then the voters can decide their preference.
Will Mr. Trump make a good president? I don’t know… Of course, we would need to know more about his political platform/agenda and proposed policies.
Until President Obama ran and won, there were many who didn’t see him as a viable candidate… as far as I’m concerned, he’s doing a fine job.
Keep an open mind people and use your voting power to decide who leads this great nation. :-)

    • You have a good point Eliz about using one’s voting power. That, I agree, is what a democracy is all about. However he says he has a good relationship with “the blacks”, he calls major world leaders “motherf*&^” showing a complete inability to behave on the world stage. What worries me and many of those OUTSIDE the USA is there are enough Americans reeling from the shock of actually having a black President that they might vote this danger in – the USA might be losing economic power rapidly but they are still the military power – we do not want a world war and so while you have a vote to exercise, the rest of us do not – and it is scary. We’ll have to wait and see what happens.

  18. Of course not. He has an undisclosed amount of wealth, meaning he could be heading for bankruptcy. And not only that but he made most of his wealth with his name. Everyone listens to him because of his undisclosed amount of wealth he has. I say to Trump. If you want to be president , you have to come clean first! Then you have to prove to us that you can handle situations other than money. We don’t need a quick fix anymore! The Bush Era caused that!

  19. Now the technology has developed rapidly, the ancients did not expect, and we can do that. The future development of our society will be more in the world in better shape. One hundred years later, my vision of the world is that website http://www.vibrams-5-fingers.com

  21. Donald Trump como Presidente? Eu acho que não mesmo, com todo o dinheiro que ele possui, nem assim, na minha opinião daria um bom Presidente!

I’d think his comb-over stands a chance of being a better president.

this from one of “the Blacks” – a group with whom he has such a wonderful relationship – Pleeeze.
