What non-exercise activity do you wish would keep you fit?
Eu adoraria fazer aulas de dança de salão, é divino você esquece tudo só pensa na dança. No meu bairro não tem nenhuma perto da minha residencia.
O que tem, não tão longe é a noite. Como não fui feita para curtir noites não faço o que gostaria.

A great way to keep fit is by eating PIZZA – MMMMMMMMM
oh so many to choose from!
Eating = to replace the treadmill
Day dreaming = to replace the Elliptical thingy
Napping = to replace the stairmaster thingy
Reading a book = to replace carrying weights ( need to tone up too you know!)
Tour de France on TV. When the bikers sprint up the Champs-Élysées on the final day of the race, after three weeks on the road, I feel fitter than ever, but I’m exhausted. I can only imagine how they must feel.

Sleeping would be cool, but also petting my cats, since I do that a zillion times a day.
